Welcome to B.E.S.T. Boatyard
B.E.S.T. Boatyard is a new dry boat storage facility, and a true full or self-service boatyard for all vessels. You, or anyone of your choice, can work in our yard, on your boat, with no additional fees. There are also rental self-storage units, offices, workshops, and buildings that 50' restoration projects will fit into. As a do-it-yourself storage and maintenance yard, we're open seven days a week. Long term projects and wooden boats are welcomed here.
B.E.S.T. Boatyard is located approximately one mile downstream of Urbanna, Virginia, on the southern bank of the Rappahannock River, just off of Buoy #6. That's approximately fifteen minutes from the Chesapeake Bay and Deltaville. We have a quarter mile of white sandy beach for your recreation and over one hundred high and dry acres, which makes us the largest boatyard in the state.
We currently have a 30 ton Marine Travelift, a 20 ton Clark lift truck, and a brand new Wiggins Marina Bull lift that will handle 36' foot boats with ease. Our new 140 boat boatel building is now open for storage. Bait, gas, and diesel are also available for purchase.
